We want to make your use of Specsavers Direct as easy as possible. We therefore also offer a free telephone service using trained operators dedicated to providing a professional, efficient service. If you have a current valid contact lens prescription, you can order from our full range of contact lenses over the phone, at the same low prices as online. Just call either 0044 808 172 00 72 or 0044 115 982 3700. Staff are available to answer your calls from Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm, and Saturday between 9am and 12pm. At all other times you may leave a message which will be dealt with promptly at the start of the next working day.
